Hi! I’m Pranita, the founder and baker behind Flour Wiz, based in Mumbai.
What began as a hobby turned into a passion, and after completing a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery Arts at APCA Mumbai, I leapt into professional baking. For the past 3 years, I’ve been creating delicious, feel-good treats that bring joy to every bite.
At Flour Wiz, we offer a balanced mix of indulgent favourites and healthier alternatives — all 100% eggless. Whether you’re craving a classic brownie or looking for a kid-friendly treat sweetened with jaggery, dates, or coconut sugar, there’s something here for everyone. Our fruit cakes are made using only real fruits, never artificial essences.
From cookies and tea cakes to brownies, bento cakes, and custom premixes for kids, each product is made with care, quality, and a sprinkle of magic.
